Prior to joining Melody, Mr. Holmstead lead Stone Lion’s investments in TMT and Retail industries focusing on distressed and special situations investing. He managed a team of over 90 bankers and was a member of the US Investment Banking Committee. Together with its affiliates, the Melody team has deployed over $1 billion in capital in this sector over the past six years.
