He then says that the situation reminds him of a joke about two patients in an insane asylum who try to escape by leaping over to the adjoining building. The first patient makes it across, but the second patient is too afraid.

What a weekend!!!

What I mean by this, is that the opening scenes are completely focused on Barbara, but Barbara isn’t the focal point of this film… Jim Gordon is, with Batman and the Joker driving the plot. At first, I didn’t think much of it, and just assumed she got carried away while venting about her “night life” due to Batman’s overbearing nature, and used the notion of a man to recover and create less questions.

As Batman hunts for the escaped Joker, the Clown Prince of Crime attacks the Gordon family to prove a diabolical point mirroring his own fall into madness.

The writers started their story off moving one direction, then completely abandoned that set-up, and went a different direction so they could tell the story of Also, as I stated previously, both portions of the film are written on complete different levels concerning the quality of the script. It sees the long awaited return of both Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill to their famed DC roles, and the comic it's based on is widely regarded as one of the better stories ever published by the company.

There's a mystery afoot in Gotham City, and Batman must go toe-to-toe with a mysterious vigilante, who goes by the name of Red Hood.

A film that stays halfway between the apology and good intentions, failing to pay homage to the graphic novel and its controversial story. This probably got the best laugh from me.Flash light. It’s not to say all of the animation is bad, but there are times where it looked off or rough.

The narrative only tells a story about Batgirl, Batman, and an antagonist that is the heir to a local mob family.
